Healthy Colon, No Disease?

A healthy colon and bowers may prevent many diseases according to Hiromi Shinya, M.D., Japan's most famous doctor. He invented the ability to clip polyps during a Colonoscopy. IBS, ulcers, bloating, chronic diarrhea, and constipation are symptoms of unhealthy activities taking place in your colon or bowels. 70% of you immune cells are in your intestines. The good flora inside your intestines triggers the immune cells to defend your body from toxins, parasites, and poisons. The longer waste products are allowed to build up in the colon without release, the more your colon becomes a toxic breeding ground for unhealthy bacteria. Although you may have daily bowel movements, maybe 50% or more of the population still has fecal buildup in their colons.

How can we protect ourselves from colon related diseases and promote consistent health for our bodies? Feeling good starts with your health on the inside, not the outside. Keeping your colon clear and clean, allows the good flora to remain, which is what is needed for healthy digestion. Probiotics and colonics are two excellent ways to promote good flora and to get rid of unwanted toxins in the colon. We also have noticed that digestive enzymes aid witih gas and bloating.

When taking a Probiotic, it's best to take a multi-strain mixture. Multi-strain mixtures contain a wide variety of healthy cultures, each with its own special job to do in order to solve digestive problems. You'll feel better, have more energy, and experience the benefits of a strong immune system. People need approximately 85% good bacteria and 15% bad in order to keep digestion healthy. However, the majority of American have this ratio reversed. Probiotics help you to restore that critical balance. They support normal digestion and absorption of your nturients, increase healthy immune function, maintain normal levels of yeast, create a healthy intestinal lining, promote regularity of your bowel function, and support healthy and clear skin.

Colonics rid the body of excess fecal build-up and toxins. As stated, even if you go to the bathroom on a regular basis, there can still be excess waste stored in your body. Colonics help you rid the body of that harmful build-up, which the body is able to release on its own. After a good colon "bath," it's the perfect time to take your Probiotics.
